Payment Policy
- We do require a deposit to guarantee your tour booking which is usually about 30% of the total tour cost. The deposit can be paid on line on our bank's secure web server so you won't risk revealing your credit card information to anyone. The deposit should be paid no later than what is stated in your tour confirmation. Please note, that in some cases we don't require a tour deposit at all
- Please note, that the tour rates we offer are fixed in USD for your convenience. However the deposit payment has to be made in RUR as Lentina is registered in Russia. To determine the sum of payment in RUR we use the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia on the date of payment.
You can cancel your booking any time NO LATER than 2 weeks prior to your arrival (only written notices are accpeted). Please see our cancellation policy for more details.
- To avoid waiting in lines we usually pre-pay all museum tickets 3-4 weeks prior to your arrival. It is approx. 25-30% of total tour price depending on your museums and optional activities choice that have to be covered by you prior to your arrival (NO processing bank fee on VISA and MC payments, 4% processing bank fee on AMEX payments)
- To ensure availability entertainment and event tickets must be purchased as soon as they go on sale to the general public. We will advise amount and expected timing of payment to get your approval of these charges.
Final Tour Payment
By cash in RUR/USD/EUR or credit card (NO processing bank fee on VISA and MC payments, 4% processing bank fee on AMEX payments) upon start of the tour in St. Petersburg. If you decide to pay cash, please make sure the bills are good as new because otherwise we won't be able to exchange them to Roubles.
Booking for groups larger than 10 people:
A 50% advance payment should be made by tourists or travel agencies for the groups larger than 10 pax. We accept payment by credit card or bank wire transfer. The money is fully refundable if the tour is cancelled no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Late cancellation or NO-SHOW
If you decide to cancel your tour, please send us a written notification.
- You are welcome to cancel your tour no later than 2 weeks prior to your tour date with no charges made to your credit card (except for the non-refundable charges for additional orders)
- If you cancel your tour later than 2 weeks prior to your tour date, a deposit that you have paid is non-refundable because after we pay for the entrance tickets, they are non-refundable to us.
- Unfortunately, we do NO refund for Additional Orders once the order has been purchased for you (like ballet or folk-show tickets or transfer order).
In case a client does not arrive by an appointed time to the place where services start to be granted:
- an order for transfer will be held for 2 hours starting from an appointed time, then it will be cancelled automatically. The cost of transfer will not be refunded and should be paid by the client in full.
- an order for a personal tour guide and other additional services (interpreters, private driver, etc.) will be cancelled after 2 hours.
- an order for private shore tour will be cancelled after 2 hours.
- If you book a small group tour, and you are late, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at +79217477815 so that we know if we should wait for you at all. As a rule, the group will wait for you for no longer than 20 minutes, then the tour goes ahead as planned and you will have to find a way to catch your group on its route on your own. If you miss some inside tours because you don't show up on time at the meeting point, the tour cost will not be reduced and have to be paid in full.
The additional 20-25% tour cost cancellation fee applies in case of a NO-SHOW or less than 24-hour tour cancellation. (the total of 50% of the tour cost)
