You've decided to book a tour? Great! It's easy:
1 To make your booking please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or fill in and submit the Tour Request form.
2 Provide us with all the necessary tour details: arrival and departure dates, ship/hotel name, number of people in your party, preferred tour language, the itinerary you like and other tour preferences or additional requests. We will get back to you as soon as we can confirming your request. If you want to change the itinerary in any way or already know which sites you would like to visit, just let us know and we will work out a customized tour for you and you will know the TOTAL price for the requested services.
3 About a month before the tour date we require a deposit payment which is app. 30% of the total tour cost (50% for groups of 10 pax and more). We have to buy all the entrance tickets in advance and they are non-refundable to us after purchase. The payment is processed on line via secure bank's payment form. We don't require your credit card information. Please note, that if besides the regular tour program you require any additional services (like theater and train tickets purchase), a 100% pre-payment is required to process your additional order. After you receive the tour confirmation from us that's it! Your tour is booked
However, there are 2 more steps for cruise ship passengers
4 If you are a cruise ship passenger, we will provide all members of your party with the special cruise visas (aka tour-tickets) free of charge. However we need some additional information about every member of your party:
- Full name exactly as stated in passport
- Passport number
- DOB indicated as dd/mm/yyyy
- Citizenship
- Passport expiry date
You may type the information in the body of your e-mail or fill it into this form: registration form for cruise ship passengers.
5 When your Tour Tickets are ready, we will e-mail them to you together with the necessary instructions.
